To celebrate Go Texan Day, you’re invited to participate in the Annual Chili Cook-off.
FRIDAY, FEB. 23
11:30 A.M. – 1:30 P.M.
BRAZOS PAVILION CONFERENCE CENTER
Prizes will be awarded for:
- Best Overall Chili
- Best Vegetarian Chili
- Hottest Chili
- Most Creative Table Presentation
Guidelines:
- One 6-foot table will be set up per entry
- Your table will be available to decorate at 9 a.m. on the day of the event and should be completed by 11:15 a.m. Blind judging begins at 11:30 a.m.
- An electrical outlet, sample cups, spoons and napkins will be provided for each entry
- REMEMBER: Make plenty of chili for others to sample and set some aside for the judges
