We have substantial changes to our screening process, which went into effect Monday, May 17. The details are below.
Employee/physician/badged tenant contract parking entrance areas
Employees will no longer be required to have their temperature checked when entering the workplace. Instead, employees are responsible for self-monitoring to ensure they are free of COVID-19 symptoms including temperature, before coming to work. The temperature screening devices will remain in place if employees want to check their temperatures before beginning the day.
Medical office buildings
Screening stations will be reduced to self-temperature stations and signage for self-screening. If a patient or visitor has any symptoms, a temperature or questions, they will be directed to stop at the security desk or nearby screening station.
Hospital entrances
We will maintain screening stations at hospital entrances for visitors so we can ensure nonCOVID-19 patients only have one healthy visitor per day – following the updated visitor policy guidelines from 5/3.
