DEI Learning Series Encourages Awareness
Norma Yeverino, director of Human Resources at HMSL, shares her thoughts following her team’s completion of a recent Recognizing the Impact of Microaggressions learning class:
“I am so glad we took this class, and I want to recommend that other team members register for the course. The session really sparked good dialogue, but more importantly, it sparked awareness. I believe we are all just a little bit more aware today and more appreciative of others.”
Register for DEI Learning Series sessions by visiting the LMS and searching “DEI.” To request a session for your group, click here or contact Kamali Archer at Karcher@houstonmethodist.org.
