Learn Self-Care Practices for Providers
The Arab Heritage employee resource group (ERG) hosts the “Trauma-Informed Care: A Guide to Self-Care Practices for Frontliners” virtual discussion on Thursday, Nov. 21 from noon to 1 p.m. The discussion will be hosted by Leen Farhat, an experienced Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) specialist who has worked on missions for the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN), including designing a self-care curriculum for frontline workers during the 2023 Syrian earthquake response. ERG Symposium This Friday
