Save the Date: ERG Symposium Set for Nov. 1
The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is excited to present the second annual Houston Methodist Employee Resource Group (ERG) Symposium on Wednesday, November 1 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Houston Research Institute’s Bookout Auditorium.
The symposium brings together employees, ERG leaders and diversity, equity and inclusion champions for a day of networking with your Houston Methodist colleagues, as well as employees from across the Texas Medical Center.
During the free, half-day symposium, ERG leaders will share leadership best practices and insight into how the work of these employee-created and led groups to promote cultural understanding, innovation and employee engagement contributes to the overall success of Houston Methodist. You will also have an opportunity to attend the ERG fair showcasing each of Houston Methodist’s 10 ERGs.

The cookbook, originally published in 2021, is being updated as part of October’s celebration of Global Diversity Awareness Month. Newly submitted recipes may include appetizers, entrees, desserts or even non-alcoholic beverages and will be added to the original cookbook.

Coming This Fall: Beyond Cultural Competency
