How do you refer a candidate?
- Employees must log in through the internal career site in order to refer friends, family or previous colleagues and be eligible for a referral bonus (if applicable)
- The employee will search for an open job and forward a link to a friend, family member or previous colleagues
This is different from the MARS referral process, which allows the applicant to indicate an employee referral and then the employee was prompted to verify the referral. Click here for more information on how to refer an employee in iCIMS.
