Enhanced Tuition Assistance Program

You now have two options to receive tuition reimbursement from Houston Methodist. Currently, full-time benefits eligible employees must pay for courses upfront and then be reimbursed up to $4,000 per year as long as they complete their courses and meet grade requirements. Part-time employees can receive up to $2,000 per year.

But starting next year, Houston Methodist will pay your college directly for your classes. This will limit your out-of-pocket costs. You’ll still have to apply for reimbursement for the cost of your books, and you’ll still have the option to be reimbursed at the end of the semester if you prefer.

We’ll share more information soon about the details, and starting Dec. 1 you can apply for our new program through EdAssist.
