I am excited to announce Debbie Smith-Dupigny has joined Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital as our new Manager of Medical Staff Services. Debbie brings over 16 years of experience, most recently serving as Manager of Medical Staff Services at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas. Previous experience includes roles at Memorial Hermann, Planned Parenthood, Henry M.J. Foundation Military HIV Research Program and National Institute of Health. Debbie has expertise in credentialing, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance and optimizing departmental operations.
Debbie holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global. She is a Certified Provider and Credentialing Specialist and an active member of several professional organizations.
Debbie’s proven track record in managing medical staff services will be invaluable to our HMSL team. Please join me in welcoming Debbie!
