Houston Methodist Primary Care Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Malika Stewart, who has joined the Rosenberg clinic located at 4050 FM 762 Rd., Rosenberg, TX 77469.
Stewart is board-certified in family medicine, with clinical expertise in acute and chronic condition management, including cholesterol and diabetes. She has particular interests in preventive health care, children’s health and women’s health.
“I believe in empowering patients with health education, prevention tools and disease familiarity so that they have the power to make decisions about their health, with my full support and guidance,” Stewart said.
Stewart attended medical school at The University of Texas McGovern Medical School and completed her residency at The University of Texas at Austin. She also earned a master’s degree in public health at The University of Texas Health Science Center, School of Public Health. Stewart enjoys cooking, fitness, dancing and exploring foods and festivals from other cultures.
