Jibin Abraham Varghese Named New Manager of Facilities

I am excited to introduce and extend a warm welcome to our new Manager of Facilities, Jibin Abraham Varghese, who officially joined our team on October 23. Jibin comes to us from HCA West, where he was the Plant Operations Manager for the past two years. With over eight years of progressive experience in facilities engineering and plant operations, Jibin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our department.

In his new role, Jibin will lead our day-to-day facilities operations team, becoming the primary point of contact for all facilities-related activities. This includes overseeing the seamless operation of our facilities and ensuring that everything runs efficiently.

I will continue to be your go-to contact for campus space requests and construction activities. Additionally, I will still collaborate with you to plan capital budgets, ensuring that all construction-related costs are appropriately captured within capital requests. I, along with Dawn Wood’s assistance, will also oversee the hospital safety program and accreditation activities pertaining to the physical environment.

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Jibin. We are thrilled to have him join the HMSL team, and we are eager to see the valuable contributions he will make to our department’s success.
