Laboratory Engagement Committee

The Laboratory Engagement Committee (LEC) was established July 2017 and consists of nine multi-disciplinary laboratory members.

It’s mission is to create an environment that values and supports employee engagement and maintains high levels of engagement throughout the laboratory, while reinforcing HMSL’s mission, I CARE values and culture.

Their objective is to promote staff engagement that will motivate employees to contribute to the organization and department goals. It is our individual commitment to review and understand the results of the Employee Opinion Survey, consult with colleagues to better understand opportunities and solicit ideas for resolution. One Mission, One Team!
