Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital submitted documentation demonstrating the development, dissemination and enculturation of the Magnet® Sources of Evidence. This endeavor required teamwork from all areas of our hospital and we could not have reached this milestone without everyone’s help. Magnet represents excellence in our relationships with each other, our patient care, and the outcomes of our work and care.
