As the HMSL Chief Nursing Officer, it is my privilege to communicate expectations for nursing, develop leaders and work with the executive team and Board of Trustees to evolve HMSL to meet the current and anticipated needs and strategic priorities of our organization. One of my roles is to advocate for and support nursing and patient care. This is done by ensuring that clinical nurses and interprofessional staff have input and involvement throughout HMSL. Evidence-based practice is implemented and supported so that innovation can flourish.
How are you involved in the organization?
How do you provide input?
When you see an area of opportunity, bring a solution to the table.
