January 20, 2020 – I had the privilege of hearing Amanda Gore speak about Joy at a Magnet conference a few years ago. Just listening to Amanda describe living a joyful life made me feel better. Amanda shared 12 habits of remarkably joyful people that I’d like to share with you by clicking here.
Remarkably joyful people are:
- Grateful for everything
- Reverent and honor others
- Full of hope and optimism
- Compassionate and choose to be kind
- They forgive themselves and others
- They are generous with their spirit and can receive graciously
- They laugh a lot – especially at themselves
- They listen for the feelings behind the words
- They feel good about themselves and can give and receive love
- They choose to be cheerfully enthusiastic, no matter what!
- They are full of energy and vitality
- They feel deep peace inside.
If you want to learn more about this, you can read Amanda’s book, Joy is an inside job and it’s free!
