Magnet Mondays – Management Style

January 29, 2018:  The third Force of Magnetism is Management Style. High performing organizations are characterized by leaders who use a participative management style.  This involves strong mutual respect and trust between leaders and staff.  Leaders incorporate feedback from staff at every level of the organization.  Leaders are visible, accessible, and committed to communicating effectively with staff.
