Shared governance is your voice in how you implement patient and family centered care here at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. Through Shared Governance, clinicians make decisions about practice standards, quality improvement, staff and professional development, research and outcomes. Shared Governance is aligned with our I CARE Values, especially Accountability and Excellence.
