November 27, 2017: On Nov. 15 we demonstrated thankfulness for our organization and Magnet Journey with the Magnet® champion sponsored “Magnet® Thanks and Giving” event.
I hope you took the opportunity to participate and acknowledge the transformational leaders in your life, learn more about the impact of shared governance on patient and staff outcomes, how we demonstrate care for our patients and families through “Patient and Family Centered Care”, how new knowledge, innovations and improvements are what drive us forward to provide the best care and how we are constantly asking “what difference have we made”? My heart is filled with gratitude for all that each of you do to make our organization an example of teamwork and excellence.
If you haven’t already, take a few moments to jot down three things you are thankful for then share them with someone. It’s hard to be down when you take time to be grateful for all that you have. I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving!
