MARS’ new user-friendly design features tiles to help you quickly locate the tools you need.
Managers and above, the biggest change is found in the My Team tile. It includes all the actions related to your staff and vacant positions. The navigation is different, but the processes remain the same.
To get out of the Employee or Manager Self Service page, click the drop-down arrow next to the Self Service page name (e.g. Manager Self Service) to select:
- Employee Self Service (if you’re in the Manager Self Service page) for your personal information
- Finance & SCM (Supply Chain Management) to enter requisitions or vouchers — you’ll only see the items you can access
- MARS Reporting to access all your reports in one location — you’ll only see the reports you have access to
