Nov. 2 is International Project Management Day, which recognizes the impact that project managers have on team dynamics and project outcomes. Our six HMSL-based Project Managers support our senior leadership team on a variety of initiatives that span the five pillars. They work with stakeholders across the hospital to develop and execute project plans that achieve the desired outcomes.
