Stars of the Month – November

Four employees from each of the service lines (Ambulatory Surgery, Emergency Department, Inpatient Services and Outpatient Services) have been named as a “Star of the Month” in recognition for their commitment to our patients and I CARE values. These employees have been selected based on outstanding patient comments and feedback received. Each month we alternate between featuring employees who received exceptional recognition from one of our various surveys (NRC Survey, RealTime, CONNECT Discharge Phone Calls, MyRounding) and employees who have been noted as going above and beyond through feedback from the Service Quality team and Guest Relations rounds.

We are excited to showcase and recognize the amazing hard work that our employees deliver to our patients on a daily basis. Thank you for being a part of our journey to unparalleled.

Lupe Argueta, Tech – Ambulatory Surgery

• Lupe was very polite and kind.
• They all did an outstanding job. I wish I could remember the other names to nominate them for Daisy awards. I remember Guadalupe was the person helping the nurse that admitted me and she was sure I was comfortable before my procedure.
• Lupe took my vitals was so nice and friendly.

Asha Isaac, Mammogram Tech — Outpatient

• Asha (who did the mammogram) did an excellent job. She was very pleasant & was very caring.
• Everyone that I was in touch with that day, starting with Asha, were all extremely nice, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They went above and beyond to be extremely cordial and could talk to very easily.  I’ve had my mammograms done at the Breast Care Center before and I will continue doing so.
• I would just like to say that as Asha was the technician that performed my mammogram, and she was just wonderful. She’s very caring making sure I was very comfortable. And I do like your new location with the upgrade. I will be coming back.
• Asha was very efficient and courteous and professional!

Ric Bernard Ayangco, RN — Inpatient

• Ric was a new nurse that started three months ago and gave me excellent care and prayed with me before we left, and that touched my heart.
• Ric, on the 5th floor, did very good job.

Melissa Lacourse – Emergency Department

• Everyone was very kind and showed concern.  I was particularly impressed with my nurse, Melissa.  She was personable, caring, and explained everything very well.
