Total Rewards Year-End Report Now Available

The Total Rewards report has been updated through Dec. 31 and is now visible in MARS. My Rewards provides you with a personalized summary of the total rewards you receive from working at Houston Methodist. You can see your base pay, bonuses, Houston Methodist’s contribution to the cost of your benefits and the money you have accumulated in their Houston Methodist retirement accounts.  You will see your 2020 and 2021 results side by side.  Just log on the MARS > Benefit Details > Total Rewards.
