Schwartz Rounds may not be what you think it is. It’s not about incident reviews or project planning. Rarely does a PowerPoint slide appear. Schwartz Rounds is a safe forum where busy clinicians and employees from all areas of the hospital can pause for a few minutes to be human beings who need and deserve a little care and compassion. Hospitals across the world have benefited from this forum since 1994.
At Schwartz Rounds you will hear from health care professionals who fully understand how this stressful service impacts our lives. They will share their struggles and successes. There will be laughter and tears. And there will be healing and encouragement.
