It’s my pleasure to welcome Elizabeth Fredeboelling, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, to Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital as our Director of Quality Performance and Outcomes. Elizabeth comes to us with a wealth of experience in performance improvement, strategic planning, program development, and nursing leadership. She has worked in a variety of clinical roles and settings in which she has excelled in building and developing high-performing teams focused on improving quality outcomes and patient safety.
Elizabeth firmly believes that everyone has a part to play in patient safety, and that when a patient safety focus is embedded within all levels of an organization’s infrastructure, we can achieve amazing outcomes together.
Elizabeth, her husband, and her two dogs have recently returned to the Sugar Land area after living in Austin for the past seven years. Her three children and two grandsons live in Houston, so she is excited to be back in the area, both personally and professionally.
